Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating with all departments to ensure documents are kept at right place in the right department's archive.
- Ensure all corporate documents are checked and submitted on time.
- Edit documents with typographical errors and other types of errors that may lead to the disqualification of a document.
- Performs regular audit on corporate documents to ensure that all documents are properly submitted to other departments.
- Responsible for file validation and document controlling.
- Ensure all files submitted are approved by the superior in charge.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Office Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in related field.
