Information and Document Control Executive

Responsibilities
  • Oversees the overall operation of the Information & Document Control Centre which includes the development, revision, review, approval, distribution, maintenance and control of document and data which relate to Air Asia’s Quality Management System
  • Review documents for adequacy and coordinate approvals prior to use
  • Revise and update documents as and when necessary and ensure that changes and the current revision status are identified
  • Ensure that relevant versions of applicable documents are available at points of use, remain legible and readily identifiable
  • Ensure that required controlled documents that obsolete copies are promptly removed, replaced and invalidated or destroyed
  • Ad hoc assignments



Requirements
  • Must possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
  • 3 years working experience as a Document Controller or Technical Writer in a quality department
  •  Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
  •  Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
  • High comfort level working in a diverse environment
  • Able to travel as when it is require
